Big Up Jerk Truck all about giving you the experience of authentic Jamaican jerk cuisines, with love from the roots of Jamaica. 

Born and raised in Jamaica, we used to watch our elders as they prepared traditional foods in the kitchen. Learning by their sides, we fell in love with cooking and began to master the art of traditional Jamaican dishes. 

The thoughts of owning a business in the food industry was something that was always in the back of our minds - and after years of hard work and planning, Big Up Jerk Truck was set into action. We find such a joy in being able to share with  friends, family and the community,  the wonderful flavors of our heritage.
